Tattoos are removed by applying  focused laser energy. The laser breaks up the ink particles trapped in the skin layers. Over time, your body’s lymphatic system absorbs and flushes out the smaller ink particles. The amount of treatments needed for s complete removal will depend on the type of ink used and how long you have had the tattoo. Some clients have had luck with removing or substantially fading their unwanted ink with just 1 session!

Aftercare symptoms are typically similar to a mild sunburn. Our treatment will not brand or damage your skin, although there is a period of healing and skin regeneration following the laser treatment.

You can expect to see your tattoo continue to fade in the months following the treatment. Some clients see a big drop in the appearance of ink as far out as 9 months to a year after the treatment. Follow up laser sessions can be done sooner and even back to back. Treatment plan options should be discussed with your practitioner to find what is best suited for you.
